William Lunan Zhao
ISA President
William Zhao is an International student from China, currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree at Victoria University (VU). He is a prime example of a student making the most of his university experience.
William is the current President of International Student Association (ISA) where he is responsible for the overall supervision of the operations of ISA. With the assistance of the ISA committee (7 executives accompanied by 24 associated committee members), the team carry out a variety of events and innovative programs for students who are from multicultural backgrounds and studying at VU and the wider community. He has met with the VC, PVC and many other senior staff members to uphold International students' interests; ensuring that international students enjoy their new lives at VU.
Furthermore, William is employed as a 'Student as Staff' for the Student Connections Department of VU, working in the Student Service Centre and the Admission and Enrolment Section. Added to this is the fact that he is also a Uni-Ready advisor of the Faculty of Business and Law.
William has undertaken a range of committee roles including Student Advisors Board, Victoria University Student Union (VUSU), Student Leadership Council (SLC), Council of International Student Australia (CISA) and the Australian Federation of International Student (AFIS).
